When I first saw the movie and Ego said that, I was so horrified! I feel Ego was the beginning of the villains getting better and better with each film. Besides Loki, all of them kind of sucked until this movie IMO.

It seems so many people act like they don't like v2 which I think is crazy (even though it's other's opinions) It was funnier but had so much heart. Ego was a great villain, Yondu's sacrifice, seeing the Guardians relationships be tested but they realize their a family, Peter and Gamora's scenes were great (complete with them finally getting together, yay!) Gamora and Nebula making up, Baby Groot, and the soundtrack. I also love that the credits had like five post credit scenes, that was so fun. So I like both movies but I think v2 is better, some act like the movie sucks and only like the first one. I just hope GOTG 3 will have the same feel as the other two whenever it happens.

V2 was a lot better imo. I loved pretty much everything about it. And baby Groot was adorable.

V2 made me cry so much. It's one of my favourite MCU movies. Not interested in V3 if Gunn isn't directing, the GotG movies are what they are because of his unique vision.
