I binged the show over the weekend. Nothing special but it was light and fun. though the father was really beyond stereotypical.

Yeah, he softened down but I thought that he seemed like a caricature in the beginning and we didn't really see the process of him changing his ways.

I guess the show focused more on his kids and their signifigant maybe if there's a second season they'll focus more on him. I did feel he saw that his actions were hurting Emmy so he tried to change
