Since Netflix has second rights and a deal for the show with NBC, it fits the board. It's all explained here...

So chances are even if NBC ends up cancelling it, Netflix will pick it up for at least one more season, which would technically end up making it a Netflix show fully.

And it's also exclusively distributed by Netflix along with Black Lightning, Shadowhunters, and a few other shows, too.
