Well, they made it a pretty big thing in season 1 only to forget about it a season later. It's their own fault really.

True. They were focused on other things. And maybe it wasn't brought up because he wasn't doing as many surgeries.

I noticed that too, and it was frustrating. Conrad wasn't all over that either...
