Flying First class wrapped in a luxurious blanket. It’s not lost on us how cool this is. In fact, the first time we’d ever flown first class was when Remy started filming ‘The Resident.’ Per screen actors guild contracts, on long flights, productions are required to fly the actor First Class (and one parent if they’re a minor). Productions are able to avoid this rule if First Class is full on the flight they select or if they book an airline without a First section, such as Southwest. The Resident production never tries to go around flying us First class. When Remy was first hired, a producer informed our amazing travel coordinator to not book us any flights that didn’t have First available. The production regularly goes above and beyond and we are so appreciative of it. ♥️ Since our family has to pay for any family members beyond the 2 of us, the rest of our family flies in Coach and we play musical chairs rotating seats. ������
