I dunno, his and Franks arc lasting even longer would have gotten boring but the way they wrote it was bad

Waiting until the last 5 minutes, there's definitely no way to make it real good. It's a rush if it's too quick.

Right now this season would be a 7.5/10 for me which is sad. There were more things interesting than not but some of the writing choices were weird.

Even more disappointed now that this was probably the series finale

yeah, I thought it was done really well. maybe there should've been some great poetic lines said bw Frank and Billy in the end but it might've been too much, it was probably more realistic this way

I didn't see it that way but that's just me. They never actually had a final confrontation, Frank just waked in the room while he was bleeding out and killed him. With all the buildup over the two seasons this was a major disappointment

True, I would've liked more payoff. It felt like an afterthought.

Exactly and I'm seeing a lot of people on social media say the same. They had a huge fire that comprised of two seasons worth of violence and hatred and that's it? A scene slipped in the last 15 minutes of the finale?

maybe you're right but since Billy couldn't remember what he had done, there wasn't much point in Frank actually talking with him

it might've just made him feel sorry for him and he definitely didn't want that
