Thanks for opening!
This family is very intriguing for me. All the shady business dealings Geoffrey did inside prison and now Alex is making deals with the same guy. At least the Wilders are actively looking for Alex now and not taking part (for now) in defeating Jonah. __________________

Do you think that the call that Geoffrey made was the set up? if so, it's obviously for a good reason since they said what he was doing was to protect them.

I think it's possible because they do have a friend in the police department, but I don't know for sure.

They have the detective in the force.The one working Destiny's case.
It seems like the Wilders called him and set the kids up. But, why? How would that get Alex and the others home and safe? __________________

Maybe they think it will be hard for Jonah to hurt them with their faces plastered around town? Or maybe they think they kids can't hide now and they would be safer in jail now that Jonah is after them?
I think it's definitely going to backfire on the parents though. |

I'm not exactly sure why they had to pin Destiny's death on them, that will just put the kids in even more danger. But yes, it also makes sense if they are being hunted and Jonah can't get to them with their faces plastered all over town but it's very risky and a crazy idea.
 They'll be running their entire lives if that's the case.__________________

Yeah I wasn't expecting their parents to throw them under the bus like that. A murder rap will ruin the rest of their lives.

If the parents are behind it I think they're only using it to find the kids. Once they have them I think they'll get Detective Flores to pin the murder on someone else and clear their kids.

^ That seems to me that they're thinking of the bigger picture but still risky. Some of them have powers but I think it's not enough. Plus Jonah is still out there so he'll do everything to track the kids.

At least Geoffrey & Catherine are looking for Alex now unless Jonah approaches them again and offers to help though they already approached him and Jonah didn't help them.
