My thoughts so far

For me the tone of the show definitely feels like a mix of Chilling Adventures of Sabrina the most along with some Veronica Mars and Riverdale

Definitely my 2 favorite characters so far

The Thing is a fun character again on this show

Catherine Zeta-Jones as Morticia is decent to me but her performance doesn’t hold up a candle to Anjelica Huston as Morticia in the 90s movies

Gomez in this series doesn’t do anything for me and I feel zero chemistry with the actor who plays him and Catherine

The show was definitely way different than what I'm used to, but it wasn't bad. I enjoyed it.
That said, I kind of have to agree with the part about Gomez. I mean the actor is great, but it just felt a bit off with Gomez and Morticia.

The 90s movies are classics, and that's stuff I'm used to seeing. I don't recall Wednesday and Morticia being at odds with one another before? So that was weird to see in this show. I thought the whole family would be closer like usual.

I quite like this show though. I wonder if they'll make a s2. I already kind of suspected who the creature and the master was going to be... so that wasn't that much of a shock I had 3 suspects and well, 2 of them turned out to be the ones.

I think it was pretty good overall yeah
A bit to get used to compared to previous Addams Family movies/shows. But since this is a different take on it and more so about Wednesday, then it's interesting. Although it's a bit weird to see Wednesday as a sort of detective trying to crack a case.

im half way through the series, im enjoying it a lot. was hoping to watch the rest tonight but sadly my family stayed over way to long and didnt leave me time to watch. so hopefully tomorrow I will watch the remaining eps

I agree Jenna is great in the role of Wednesday.
not crazy about this version of Morticia and Gomez. no chemistry and Gomez is just blah to watch on screen.

Interesting that we all agree more or less on Gomez

It’s definitely not a knock on the actor cause I’ve seen him in other stuff and liked him there but he just doesn’t do it for me in this show as this character

Yeah I don't mind the actor, but I would've liked to seen more chemistry there. It feels off between him and Morticia.
I don't mind Catherine as Morticia that much, because I mean she can kinda pull it off imo.. even if her version doesn't seem to be as dark in personality.

I am kind of confused on something though.. did I miss when they explained how Xavier knew what the monster looked like? I feel like that blew past me or something. Or did they even explain that?

It's funny cause when he was casted as Gomez a lot of people didn't like it to

Have to admit Jenna looks amazing promoting thei show
