I think we should pm people a week or two before we put him up for voting. We did that for Candice's and it worked well. That way people remember they are on campaigns and possibly might be more likely to vote :)

Yeah, I definitely think it'll be a lot of work, but I think in the end we can do it! And I was thinking of only putting him up on the polls after Kat got her board. :shrug: That's how we did it with Candice so it would give us more time and people wouldn't have to split the votes.

i do think starting to pm people now so they can actually join the campaign is necessary though. There'd be no point putting him in the polls if he doesn't have a decent number of supporters....

If we are waiting until after Kat gets a board (which I agree with..no sense in splitting votes :nod: ) then that gives time for people to join up on their own after seeing the campaign on the board and in sigs. Plus I think more people would join after a big episode for Steven/Jeremy. People will still be thinking how awesome he is and be more likely to join I think. But I'm up for anything, whatever the group thinks is best :)

I agree Jess. I want to wait until Kat gets her board first until we put him up for the polls. Right now it doesn't matter because we have 4 supporters. And I think we should wait a little until we PM people because I created this thread today so there's still a lot of time for people to come and join! :yay:

Not sure it can even be mentioned in threads outside of the Request board :no: can only be done that you can PM supporters on Jer/Steven related threads and only once during campaiging

i thought I read somewhere that you could mention it on related threads... but not like a whole discussion, just like a reminder... unless i read that wrong.. ill go verify

You can pm those threads, but I think you have to be care in how you mention it. I don't think anywhere in a thread you can tell people to join a campaign or vote. I think that's strictly related to sigs.

Yep, I believe you are correct. We can't really mention it anywhere. You can have the link to the campaign thread in the Jer/Steve thread over at the main TVD forum however. :P

I hope we do get a Jeremy centric episode soon. He wasn't in the last episode so the writers owe us. :P

but the rules say you CAN mention it from time to time in related threads :shrug:
