hmm not sure. if he was to retire maybe they'll appoint someone new? no idea but that episode with him at the hospital is definitely making him think about it.

this week's episode, i just watched it. what an episode. it started off very emotional and then the hard choices.

They could Bradford just became a sergeant this season, so it is possible, but I don't want Grey to retire.
