You can still open a thread for the show. There's no harm in opening one even if it will be included in the poll.

I'll put it under TV Show category for now since it's an upcoming Netflix show. If it gets a board, then the perm mods can decide to either put it under TV Shows - Present category or under the Sci-Fi/Fantasy category.
