Yeah, maybe that's why they aren't saying anything. Maybe there even is someone internally looking into things already that fans don't know about? Wishful thinking there probably though. But it really isn't a huge ask from the fans to ask for a response from NBC &/or Wolfent.

I'm very put off of watching any wolf show right now, tbh.

I doubt anyone is looking into it yet, but they should be, especially considering from what I've read recently, these aren't new issues, they've been going on for 30 years.

I'm not surprise. It all has a bit of a sour note to it now. Bitter taste knowing what is to come & how those leaving aren't doing it by their own choice. Hard to shake that & just appreciate what you're watching
What keeps getting me is how the message of SVU is about victims coming forward, being heard, & having justice. Meanwhile behind all of that are all these victims across all of Dick Wolf's shows who are silenced. Who feel they can't come forward. Who can't get that justice.

It definitely goes back. Which is why they really need to look into it. But of course without actual witnesses to the incidents coming forward, it probably won't. Fans just come across as bitter that their favourite characters/couples will be no more. Regardless of what they've dug up. 30 years is crazy long :eek: Doesn't surprise me but disgusting & it has gone on for way too long :no:

It's just everything combined, especially the promoting at an abuser. I grew up in an abusive home, so it's personal to me, seeing them take that stance, and I'm not gonna lie, it hurts.

What we know about is because people have come forward, and no one cared. No one put it all together before.

To me I don't expect television to be depicting things to be real, but I can see his point too. There should be some realism to it. Cops shouldn't always win, & they do cross lines without getting in trouble at times. But if they did show reality, would people watch? I think he made that point himself based on an article I've found about it

Yep, Dick Wolf is very much Blue Lives Matter, but we all knew that, lbr. What's sad is that he has obviously corrupt, abusive cops like Voight and it's clear he believes they're in the right. The audience don't agree. He's so out of touch it's unreal.

Found out someone I know irl watches the shows today while discussing something else. She's general audience and doesn't keep up with the news. I told her about Kelli, Jesse, the bigot on Fire and the abuser promoting and she said she's not going to watch anymore. There were a few people around us when we were talking about it that heard and those that watched also said they didn't feel like they could anymore.
