Last night there was a live watching and tweeting on the official show account, whoever is running it, they're making a great job. The replies are exactly in GG tone :D

Max is already my fave and I admit I'm surprised, because he's similar to Chuck and I never particularily liked him as a character. I didn't dislike him, just I wasn't interested in him. I preferred Nate, among the boys. Maybe I like Max more because he's less "heavy" with his background or, at least, he has that flamboyant, spicy personality that's very fun to watch.

Thomas is so charming and he is nothing like that rapist. Loved it and have many thoughts which I will save for my review. Adore the sisters and outsider trope remains supreme.

What do you mean treated differently? Kinda seems similar just a twist with it being a girl and having that familial connection. I always said that if they made SB sisters I would have understood them so much better.

I mean that Zoe seems proud to be an outsider, to be not like the others. I had this impression in the fight with Julien and also the confidence she shows up the day after at school. She knows what she brings to the party.

I felt a different way of dealing with the outsider factor and the wanting to be part of the élite than the one Jenny and Dan had.

Oh and also (I rewatched the episode), she never wanted to be "in" in the first place. Yes, she was thrilled at being at Constance, but not because of the status, she really was excited for the art program. She convinced her father to move to NYC to get close to her sister, she couldn't care less of getting in, I mean it was never her first goal.

Sure, now she's like we're doing this thing, so let's just do it. but, as I said, with her own rules. She doesn't look for approval, look at that last scene.

Some answers from the latest Safran AMA. I like that Aki is going to have his own storyline besides the one with Max and Audrey. And for what we read in the future episode synopsis, it looks like everybody is going to have something more than the romantic plot, which is good.

Yeah Jenny always wanted to be in but like how audiences immediately side with rich kids it was understandable. I also like that she is from my hometown. Buffalo kids don’t play. It’s why Julien annoyed me. She asked her to come and just let her be humiliated.
