Poor Zuko! His backstory was truly sad. It's a good thing he had Iroh by his side. Such a great uncle!

When I first watched the episode with Toph leaving with Aang and his friends, I was totally surprised by how it ended. I didn't expect her parents reacting that way after they found out how great at fighting Toph was. She didnt need anyone but herself to be safe.
Waterbending, but Earthbending is probably the most useful bending style and Firebending the most dangerous one. They all are great in their own ways.
I really need to do a rewatch. Nick should air the series again.

Edit: watching the 1st episode right now. It's as great as I remembered it.

Personally, I'm all for water powers. That's always been my power base since..my Charmed days.

But I also love how they do firebending.

Personally my favourite is firebending, it leans closely to how I would dance with sharp precisely movements, plus the fact that fire comes from the breath so it's always available is a great advantage.

That being said, I love how truly fluid the waterbending style is, it's just mesmorizing to watch.

Yes! It's so much fun to see each one of them. The moves are all so creative and it's always cool to see how the elements react to each other in battle and how one could better the other and in ways I never would have thought of!

I was rewatching the episode with older Toph in the Legend of Korra and it's so great she is still the same. I always loved seeing the characters in the Last Airbender turn up in that series.
