Sorry it turned into 2 days but had a fall yesterday non-seizure related but my left hip got most of it where a nasty bruise is already showing and still tender

Let's just say in future if gonna be heavy loads and using landlady's dad's grocery cart it'll be via bus cause my street has no side walks - so crossed earliest could and had to keep looking behind me where was doing well but the last time caught it too late and fell on my left side :thud: so took rest of yesterday off to rest

This morning still tender but managed to go to the gas station to get my steeled tea Tim Horton's cause one of the two sells Tim's there :thud: so watched few shows started on History and now watching the replay of the hockey missed last night while slowly working on here and Chris where already got Henry and elsewhere while History shows :lmao:
