No, Rhaegar and Lyanna won't be in it. The prequel is 200 years before GoT/ASOIAF. But I'm sure people will be able to trace the ancestry of Jon and Dany from it.

He's vaccinated and might be getting special medical treatment as well. It feel like a bunch of people have Covid right now. The president has it, our state's governor and one of our senators.

I find the family tree stuff interesting, but not 200 years worth. Actually, fans have already figured it out because HotD is based on GRRM's Targaryen history book. And they aren't the only two characters. The Baratheons have some Targaryen ancestry too. There are probably others but I can't remember them.
