^ Exactly!! Cersei was mean, but even her scheemes and plotting couldn't be worst than what the NK intended to

And Cersei has political ambitions, WWs/NK don't care for that. I didn't even care how she dies tbh even though I was hoping it'll be Arya who kills her but damn, how laughable it is how she died.

^ that gif is the perfect way to explain how I felt
I wanted Cersei to have an interesting death... even though I really wanted Arya to kill her, I would've been okay if it had been Daenerys... I just hate the way it was done __________________

Actually from the looks of it at first, I thought Dany would kill her. And I would've been fine with that too. The whole buried under a rubble with Jaime could've happened earlier but to save that death for the very last season and in the last ep too is anticlimactic.

^ I agree with that!
Apart from Arya killing Cersei, or maybe Jaime (that would've been something), I just wasn't expecting her to have such a lame ending... and Jaime to have such a hit in the whole development that we got during 7 seasons ![]() __________________

IKR? I was so disappointed in Jaime. Just as I was warming up to him he pulls *that* in the season finale. I was so mad.

I think that after Jon's legacy meaning nothing, Jaime's backward development was the second most frustrating thing in the show

Yep also the SLs of Cersei and Dany. There are probably a few other character arcs that are disappointing but I'm forgetting them now.

Dany was just bad delivered, but I can see her SL being the same. Same with Sansa.
But yeah, with Cersei it was a failure!!! __________________

I agree. The way Dany & Sansa's SLs happened were anticlimactic. I was positive that Sansa will end up ruling WF as that's always been what she wants. Which is the opposite of Bran because we saw no indication with him even during this re-watch.

Bran becoming king in the end was so out of the blue... that made no sense, and sort of made his whole journey feel bleak in the end

And also "knowing" that he probably would have a lot of problems his first year of ruling. Of course it isn't going to be smooth sailing and anyone ruling would encounter problems in the first year but Bran doesn't have a lot of experience with ruling and he's disabled too so he can't exactly fight and would just order his army to do that. He's obviously a better ruler than Tommen or Joffrey but like both of them, is inexperienced. He can learn more along the way and I hope eventually he did become a better ruler but he's not someone I'd choose to be the ruler right off the bat.

^ Exactly what I think
![]() But I do think that by having Tyrion, Davos, Brienne, Sam and Bronn by his side, he'll manage to get good advice from various POV __________________

Yes he has a very trustworthy small council at least. And with Cersei gone, he doesn't really have that much of a huge threat (to the throne).
