Btw, what do you think will happen if Sam was around when Jon died? Do you think he'll be in trouble with the rest of the Night's Watch or maybe Jon wouldn't have died if Sam was there?

I think that Sam would probably have died too if he was there. He probably would've noticed the chatter among the mutineers and knowing Sam he would either be caught snooping or he would try to defend Jon and stop the plan and they would've killed him. So I'm happy that he was away at the time.
But as I just wrote in the Night's Watch thread, I do think that if Grenn, Pyp were also there, things could've been different

During the mutiny against Jon? They were already dead they died in episode 9 of season 4, Grenn killing the giant that passed the gates and Pyp got shot by an arrow by Ygritte
