Me too. I'm biased but I really don't have anything bad to say about Jon's personality. It's part of why I like the character so much.

I'm biased too!!! It would be way too OOC if he changed now, the only reason I could've accepted if it was after he was resurrected

if they changed his character and made him less selfless and noble I'm not sure I could keep rooting for him as much as I do

He just wants what's best for his family, he will do everything to protect them. And to think that he knows they're not even related is really what makes me love him.

^ ITA To me it all comes down that his values are so similar to what Ned's were, even being the bastard he is the one that turned more like the patriarch of the family

I see a lot of Ned in Jon. That's why for me, he's a Stark through and through. And I'll call him Jon forever.

^ I'm right there with ya!!! Just like Ned said, he has Stark's blood (and honor) in him!

I love that Ned was being both obvious & subtle about it to Jon (regarding his parentage). By S6, all the fan theories and what Ned told Jon made sense.

Jon would not be the man he is today without Ned raising him. Ned taught him how to be a true King.

I like how everything came full circle, connecting with stuffs that happened way back in season 1. I love when writers think that far ahead with storylines so they'll leave the breadcrumbs along the way

I do too si. It's such a cool moment when it all comes together and you realize that everything subtly didn't add up for a reason.

makes it so much fun that once we know, when we re-watch those scenes we sort of have that "oh that makes sense now" moment

I want to re-watch the earlier seasons at one point. I haven't done that but I'll most likely do that this year, if I get time, before we get S8.

I haven't re-watched the earlier seasons at all so it's been too damn long. S6/S7 is still a bit fresh for me though but I really need to re-watch S1-S3 the most.
