I can see that, the DCU were extremely reactive copycats at the time. They kept changing their films based off of what Marvel did and ended up screwing themselves again and again. When they started doing their own thing is when the films got better.

SS definitely is like a comedy. not that the Avengers movies weren't but there was always some real tragedy in them too

Yeah agree, they messed this one as well as justice league up in order to be more like marvel. That's why it would bve nice to see the og versions of both films.

I'm glad they're now leaving the directors more creative freedom with their projects.

They should of had everyone have their own films before they RUSHED into Justice League. That was one of the many reasons why the movie didn't work in the long run. Now they should of copied off of Marvel when it came to that lol.

Well at least now they can have their freedom. Better late than never. I still hope they will at some point do another justice leage film, maybe fightign the njustice league or the legion of doom, not sure what they originally planned.

Realistically they should have a sequel but since the movie got bashed so much, I wonder if they would avoid a sequel. Guess we'll see.

Or maybe not a direct sequle but more like a reboot but with a different storyline.
