Welcome to the Birds of Prey (2020) General Discussion  Since the events of Suicide Squad, Harley Quinn has left the Joker. When Roman Sionis, a narcissistic crime lord known as Black Mask, places a hit on a young girl named Cassandra Cain, Gotham City turns upside down looking for her. Harley joins forces with Dinah Lance, Helena Bertinelli, and Renee Montoya to protect the girl and to take Sionis down. I just don't like them in a romantic relationship cause he's always treating her like crap and trying to kill her. I do understand why he has to be around since he was crucial to her backstory and becoming Harley Quinn. I just don't want her acting pathetic over that psycho, but that usually goes for me and any other abusive couples as well. I don't know about all of Harley's pairings. I only know she's been with Joker, Deadshot, and Poison Ivy. I like her with Ivy the best, but I liked her with Deadshot in the first Suicide Squad movie. As long as she's not with Joker, it's fine with me lol.

Agree with you there. Joker is also a mostly evil character, while harley can be evil but also an anti-hero.

I agree, when she's away from Joker she is more of an anti hero and surprises herself. When she's with Joker, she's as much of a scumbag as he is. She will always be better away from the Joker for many reasons, including that one.

I agree, I also think characters are more interesting by themselves and not attached to another character. Especially if they are paired with them.
