I didn't know much about the casting besides margot robbie and I did not find her overal convincing as harley in suicide squad. So I was hesitant at first. Luckily it was much better than I expected.

I know it wasn't margots fault, but more the writers fault. And maybe in the og Ayer cut she'd have been more interesting after all.

I think she was just done as more of a simple sl*tty character there that appeals to most men and that was the problem bc she's got so many layers otherwise

I liked Harley Quinn in Suicide Squad, I also liked the movie. It's not the best but I felt people were too hard on it. I do hope they release The Ayer Cut one day. I loved the way Black Mask died in BOP, the way that girl snuck that grenade on him and pulled out the thing to set it off was so cool and badass.

I know what you mean. Like I found her pretty hot, but besides she wasn't overly interesting after all. Her character in POP was much more layered and interesting also more funny (in a dark way).

I've never been good with titles either lol. Yeah, I agree Harley was written better in Birds of Prey. No contest there, especially when she was independent from the Joker so that's a big plus.
