On the first watch, the movie is confusing. Flashbacks happen in odd places, and it takes you out of the story because the placement doesn't really make sense.

I still can't understand why anyone in their right mind would give Lex Luther access to a Kryptonian, knowing how off-putting he comes off in the film.

The only saving grace for me was Wonder Woman's entrance. The whole Burce's mom and Clark's mom, both named 'Martha' and that's why they stop fighting each other was random, made sense but whatever.

I actually don't like everything after they battle to right before WW shows up. None of that actually makes sense to me? I think it's hard because there were 2 years of Lex manipulating Bruce into thinking that Superman was evil...but for us it was really only 20 minutes? Which just felt kind of silly.

I think the character exploration is interesting though, and really well done. I love the themes of God VS Man.
