i think the lawsuit settlement with Scarlett forced the mouse house to push back the dates on some so they could get their proper theatrical release, instead of so many films being ripped off by early release on HBOmax and other streamers. the second you go to home release, there are millions of people watching it for free and no profits for actors/studios to continue to make these huge expensive films for the theater and profit.
