Goes to downtown library to return a DVD. Decides 'oh let's go see what the comic book section looks like...'

Walks out of library five minutes later with 10 books of various sizes but of a collective weight that would be notable in any bag, really should be split in two. Has no bags because wasn't planning this.

Drags butt from library to book store where knows that totes are presently half off. Buys two, puts books in, stops to mop off The Sweat Deluge. Gets iced tea (yeeeees) and catches train home.

Bus should be passing in five minutes... Bus doesn't show and stuck waiting in the sun for a solid half hour.

Home at last, exhausted but with loads to do...
