Yeah compared to the Queen, Philip has more time to immerse himself with pop culture. Which is good because I can imagine the real-life QE & Prince Philip (now) probably isn't as updated with pop culture. I doubt they know Dua Lipa or BTS.

I am trying to see the situation as nuanced. I try not to see things so black and white. Charles wasent given the opportunity to really talk and if the marriage had ended yes it would been hard it could have avoided some unnecessary pain. It hard because diana was trying to make it work though
Philip and elizabeth were hilarious. My grandma who sadly just passed away but pre dementia she could now some pop culture figures she knew Shakira lol. My mom thought bts meant backstage lol.
I dont think Diana should not have done that dance on his birthday. They had been married for 7 years she should have known he doesnt like pop culture song at an opera house his sacred space. Diana did also play her part in how this fell apart as well they were both mismatched
