yeah spoilers are always scarce. I prefer not to be spoiled so I am glad they have such a tight wrap on them now. I remember way back - in my Buffy days - where people could visit the filming sets as long as they stayed behind the tape. Back then there were LOTS of spoilers available that could map out the whole season for you. I prefer the closed sets and limited spoilers.

A part of me wonders why the writers pushed so hard for it? Like what was the point of Negan redeeming himself only for him to say and do what he did?

I wish they had listened to Jeffrey on that and cut that line out; I get what Jeffrey is saying about them wanting to elicit a response from the audience but adding something just for shock value is so outdated now a days.

So I found this interesting, he was on "Talking Dead" following the show, and was asked if Rick where in Maggie's place instead.. would Negan have saved Rick? He said yes, because he liked Rick.
