Well was gonna sleep in today, but a neighbor seemed to be working on something with power tools, and woke me up... so gonna try again tonight. :lol: Otherwise it's been calm and relaxing! Yours?

Mine's been good, yesterday my catch-up with my sister turned into a full day thing and then today I was hoping to sleep in but my mom wanted me to dye her hair so woke up early to do that and then spend the rest of the day relaxing and watching movies with her.

Yesterday was awful for me... I woke up Sunday morning at 4am with a horondeus stiff neck, and as the day went on it got to the point where I could only keep my neck turned to one side only, couldn't even lift my head up off a pillow. Today I woke up expecting it to be gone, but it's still bad! I'm so frustrated, and my chiro has no appointments for a few days, so I'm just on my own trying to figure out what to do. I tried NSAIDS, alternated heat and cold therapy, had my dad rub my neck 3 times, did stretches. If anything it seemed to get worse after everything! So today I'm focusing on heat only, got me a hot/cold wrap and gonna just keep heat on it to hopefully "relax" the muscles, because on top of the stiffness I keep getting spasms too.

That's awful! My mom gets pain like that sometimes the only thing that helps her is prescribed meds, and I've had it happen once or twice it's so painful and uncomfortable. Hopefully the heat wrap helps make it better :hug:

The pain is awful! My dad has this rub on ointment that kinda generates an icy hot sensation, and I'm trying that tonight. It takes the "edge" off, but I still hurt. Thankfully I got a last minute cancellation appointment tomorrow morning with my chiropractor. I counting down the hours!
