and Thursday I have a neurology appt in the morning.

im getting another round of botox done
and she will ask if I have any issues with my prescriptions (which I dont) and I will be out the door. short visit

the injections hurt like hell though. luckily the pain only last a few seconds before she injections me with the next one. and its 31 needles all together. but hopefully this pain will be worth it if it gets rid of my migraines

my shoulder is much better since I got that cortisone shot
