I dunno why people think that he fake his death since he still using his real name since government are watching us.. But I wonder if he did discharge during the war and something happen between Nicky and Jack?

I'm so disappoint w/ Kate that she told her mom about Tess' out.. Sigh..

I wasn't too surprised by the ending with Nick, it was one of my guesses about him, but I still enjoyed it. However now I want to know what happens with everything!

With everything happening with the Pierece's now! The situation is basically primed and screaming for Nick's return. He has to take the patriarchal reigns and fix this kerfuffle the family's in now.

I'm ok with that. Kate promised not to tell Tess's parents. And Kate did not do that. And Rebecca didn't either. I think Kate was worried about Tess's safety. Things have changed a lot thankfully, but queer kids are still at risk of suicide, bullying, and assault.

She was making sure that someone was there for Tess, since she was on the other side of the country. And I loved Rebecca's speech to Tess about how she became an old woman with so much physical pain because she held so much in over the years.

For me, it's Randall that I'm really disappointed in.

I don't blame Beth one bit for being upset about his behavior. I feel like Randall takes on something he sees as a "project" (William, Deja, etc.), and then moves on to the next thing.

As for Nicky,

I'm not sure how to feel. It wasn't a huge surprise, but it'll shake things up.

Randall promised Beth that if she didn't want him to continue his run he wouldn't and then he reneged. No wonder he's on the sofa.

Nicky's reveal will definitely be a surprise to everyone.
