Alex has said that she'll be around for the next world cup. I guess she announced it last night? I think Carli will retire after the Olympics. If the girls win at the Olympics, I could see there being a larger exodus than if they lose

I don't know about the other teams but for the US certainly. The Olympic roster might look differently as well. Keep in mind the Olympic roster is smaller than the WC roster.

In certain teams yes. I think Germany will have one or two changes... France as well. Netherlands will stay the same. A couple of changes in England. And USA will be 70% different though.

Alyssa Naeher (31 now)
Ashlyn Harris (33)
Broon (34)
Ali (35)
Pinoe (34)
Lloyd (37)

I dont think any of these will play due to age.

But then there's Morgan, Kelley, tobin, press, macdonald, JJ, And Dunn, they'll all be mid 30s so I really think unless they have a blinding 4 years some of them might miss out.


But I think loads of them under performed this year.

I think Alyssa will be there. They'd have to kick her out like right now or at least RIGHT after the Olympics to get another goalie in there to build up confidence.
