Favorite Sporting Event
As much as I LOVE the Super Bowl and World Series, nothing can match the excitement and magic of the NCAA Tournament for me. 65 hopeful teams dwindle down to a Final Four on championship weekend, with Cinderella teams pulling off upsets to change the balance along the way. Students and alumni filling up the seats. The pain and anguish of losing on a last-second shot. The underdogs managing the unfathomable. There’s nothing like it. Plus, there is no other sporting event in which you have offices filling out bracket sheets for sports bragging rights. It’s a competition in itself.

Hmm. I'll have to say, the Super Bowl. Still my favorite, even if some of the last few haven't been all that exciting.
Secondly, it would be March Madness and the NCAA Tournament. I love the "Cinderella" teams that just come out of nowhere to surprise everyone! Hee. It's definitely fun to watch. __________________

U.S. Open and NCAA Tournament

For me its the Super Bowl the excitement of the play-offs matched by trying to figure out who will win the SB. Plus its even better when you're fave team makes it all the way and wins the SB, nothing like that feeling that day.

Out of all the four major tennis tournaments, I love the US Open the best. One of these days, I really wanna go to see a match live. That would be friggin' awesome.

Cricket World Cup. One month of full on cricket action [img]smilies/drool.gif[/img] After that the ICC Knockout Tournament is pretty damn good too [img]smilies/smile.gif[/img]

Definitely the Olympics...there are so many wonderful stories that come out of the Olympics and its all about these athletes putting everything on the line for that one perfect performance. The fluff pieces get to me so much and I just love everything about the Olympics [img]smilies/smile.gif[/img]

I love the first 4 days of the MCAA tournament. That is when the true upsets happen, noon to midnight, the best of college hoops. Also, the whole college bowl season, it's fun to see the best of every conferense going at it.

I just love the super bowl b/c my dad has all of his friends over and they bring their kids and we just have a great time.
