CBS set an astounding record with its presentation of Sunday’s Chiefs-Bills matchup.

The nail-biter that ended with a Chiefs victory delivered 50.4M viewers, marking the most-watched NFL Divisional Playoff game ever. The previous record holder was 48.5M viewers for Cowboys-Packers in January 2017. It’s also the first NFL Divisional Playoff game to surpass 50M viewers.

That’s up 10% from last year’s comparable game, which saw 45M tune in for the Cowboys-49ers
Wow

BOSTON -- The Atlanta Falcons have found a new head coach, and it is not Bill Belichick. Now everyone is left wondering what's next for the future Hall of Famer.

The Falcons are the only team that Belichick met with since he and the New England Patriots parted ways following the 2023 season, but Atlanta is reportedly set to hire Raheem Morris as the franchise's next head coach.

The Washington Commanders and Seattle Seahawks are the only two NFL teams left without a head coach. Belichick is a long shot for both, according to The Athletic's Jeff Howe.

"It would take a change of direction for something to happen with the Commanders or Seahawks, according to league sources," Howe reported Thursday.
4 head coaching positions have been filled this week …
It was believed that Belichick was going to take the Atlanta job , it’s also believed that what he demands as far as power control ,Falcones owner wasn’t going to give the power to one man…

Yesm Raheem Morris with the Falcons & Jim Harbaugh witg the Chargers are 2 of the new head coaches in the N.F.L. I am intrigued by how they & their teams do. Enjoy the 2 N.F.L. games tomorrow if you watch. I will likely catch more of the 2nd game than first one.

Very surprised that Baltimore lost the way they did. It was not close at all. For home team to lose the AFC championship by over 10 points without really putting up much of a fight..
I personally had made an online that I took took Kansas City +3 points.

I spoke too soon, saying the home teams were doing bad today . I was trying to see when the last time the two home AFC/ NFC championship games lost.

San Francisco woke up and Detroit did it score till there was one minute left in the game. Wow

IIRC, it was 2018. Pats won 37-31 @ KC in Overtime. Rams won 26-23 @ Saints in Overtime. That was the game with the controversail non pass interference call against that Rams defender
