He really got jipped tonight, he totally deserved a medal and I was actually booing right along with the whole crowd. It was a sad, sad day for judging. He was excellent on the high bar.

I felt bad for him tonight, but he handled it with grace and i mean he was nothing but gracious and i think he felt bad that it went on so long, but he deserved the correct score. You never see a routine like that anytime...
he is such a gracious winner as well, i mean nothing like the south koreans or svetlana __________________

I am a huge fan of his - he's utterly gorgeous and seems genuinely nice to go with it. Plus he's an incredible gymnast and will be sorely missed. I watched his routine on the high bar last night with my mouth open it was so fantastic, plus jumping up and down screaming that he'd got the gold. I could not believe how the judges have reached such a low mark for him. For me, it turned the competition into something of a sham. It was nice though how all the crowd got behind him throughout the appeal.

Too bad for Alexei, even after the idiot judges "adjusted" his score...still too low...I mean the man is an "icon" in his sport...where is the respect factor? I loved the fact that he conducted himself gracefully through the whole mess...at one point I thought he was gonna cry b/c his eyes started to get all red...I'm very proud of the fans who stood by him and cheered him on! When the announcer said something like "Svetlana could learn from Alexei regarding her attitude toward "scoring"...it made my day

first Phelps and now this man!!! Lord fan me before I pass out at the love of classy, integrity filled men in this olympics. This gymnast is amazing and deserves all the attention that he gets.
