I liked the first half of the race. except for Kimi's early accident of course but I don't even mind it after that little boy got to meet him which wouldn't have happened otherwise that was a sweet gesture of the team.
it's too bad that the Ferrari's tyre strategy wasn't good enough for a win :/

Congrats to Lewis on winning, Seb at P2 and Daniel at P3. Alonso finished at his home race which is a relief. Also Force India at P4/P5.

Kimi and the boy were so adorable.

The kid seems to be a hit with the Renault team too and I also saw Daniel Ricciardo take a pic with him. Also does anyone know why Daniel calls himself the honey badger?

I couldn't care much for the race when Kimi DNF but I wanted Seb to win just to advance Ferrari in the points. The tyre strategy has always been Ferrari's #1 thingy with Mercedes. Hopefully they can sort that out for the next race in Monaco.

He mentioned it in a interview in 2014

In the past your helmet has featured a graphic of a creature called the Honey Badger. Are you keeping that this year and what does it mean?
"It's supposed to be the most fearless animal in the animal kingdom. When you look at it, he seems quite cute and cuddly, but as soon as someone crosses his territory in a way he doesn't like, he turns into a bit of a savage and he'll go after anything – tigers, pythons – he turns very quickly, but he's a good guy."

Thanks for that. Very interesting he picked that but what he said is quite true too.

Next up is Monaco, which means we see JB back to replace Alonso while he's busy with Indy.

What? I didn't even know his wife is pregnant but that's Kimi's personal life, very private. Congrats to him and the wife. Boy and girl now.

I've heard about it last December I think, but forgotten I hope we'll see Kimi show some emotion now in the upcoming weeks

It's great that he was also just in time for it. He could've also just left the Spanish GP right away if his wife was due but he actually stayed until the very end of the race, very unlike him too.

This coming weekend, Monaco GP: the GP where celebrities who have no idea what F1 is go to.

maybe the baby came a little earlier than expected

sadly those celebrities pick the wrong place to learn what F1 is

Looks like he did good at qualifying in Indy. That's good for him.

I woke up to day and I thought I missed quali yesterday and then remembered that the Monaco GP is this coming weekend. #oneofthosedays
