 I actually thought Seb can get past Bottas because he was really closing in. If there were more laps, I think Seb could catch him.  Ferrari was probably praying Bottas loses his concentration and makes a mistake so Seb can easily snatch P1 from him.  If Lewis didn't have such a crap race (and qualified higher), I thought he'd be in the podium.  As it is, I'm glad it seems to be a Mercedes-Ferrari duel this early on. __________________

it's been a while since I've seen a podium without Lewis
but it's refreshing to see his teammate get a chance too. guess I can't ask for total Ferrari domination so the championship will be more nerve-racking but if we come out as winners I'll take it __________________

Same. I would like to be nervous watching a race actually. So if Mercedes & Ferrari continue to trade places in the podium until November, I'll be fine with that. Much better if Ferrari wins in the end.

 He's the oldest driver right now and people are expecting him to throw in the towel anytime now. __________________

That's true and it's the engineer's job to let him know who's ahead and who's behind him anyway.
