Another freaking tie for Arsenal today. What makes this tie especially bad is that Liverpool scored the tying goal in the 12th minute of injury time. I tell you the Gunners` title hopes are looking more hopeless.

Arsenal need a miracle. We play Man United Tuesday night so hopefully we can do you a favour although I can't say I'm overly confident, Nolan is still banned for us unfortunately and he would be the one player I would definitely want to be playing. At least Scholes is banned too though, especially seeing as he has a history of scoring against us.

I don't understand why Arsenal go into self destruct mode. They just throw valuable points away, I have no idea what Eboue was thinking, even if it was a soft penalty he still shouldn't have been leaning over him and in a position where something could be given against him. Such a shame as Arsenal totally dominated.

Arsenal should have tied the knot earlier in the game, though. Liverpool's performance was poor and Arsenal was once again "dying in beauty" as we usually describe their style of playing football in Germany. Van Persie had one big chance and those are the ones you need to put in the net if you want to grab a title. Nasri was almost the only one perfoming properly today. It felt very unsatisfying once again. I really wish Arsenal would have won today so ManU wouldn't win the premiership.

Arsenal have blown it...They do play really good football, but sometimes all the beauty doesn't get you 3 points..

Not read an update about Jamie Carragher since he left the field..

Me, neither. It didn't look too good, though.

They said he was fine and talking in the dressing room as he watched the end of the match. He obviously just got knocked out for a while, it certainly looked bad.

That's good news. It's always scary to see someone get carried off that way.

I know they have the same surname but you would like to think they would have noticed they had the wrong Ronaldo. It's not like that Ronaldo is even still playing in La Liga.

Sorry about the Arsenal result I thought our result on Tuesday would put you in a much better position but Arsenal failed to capitalise on their chance to cut the gap. The first half was amazing, and so many good goals, I just wish Arsenal could hold on to a lead.

Just to comment on our match against Man U, I was so impressed with our performance, we didn't just sit back and defend, we actually went for it and yet we were for the most part rather solid at the back which I'm not used to seeing. I thought the referee had a very good game, I think we should probably have had a penalty but it was a close call and he made the right decision on their penalty appear so I can forgive him for not giving us ours. I was also impressed that finally a referee was dealing with Man United players diving, he warned Nani and booked Hernandez for going down easily or with no contact, hopefully it will teach them a lesson. Every team has players that go down easily but when they are consistently doing it and trying to con referees particularly into giving penalties then something really needs to be done. With another referee we could so easily come away with nothing from that match which would have been incredibly harsh given our performance and the fact that it was hard to spot any contact on the replay.

Congrats to Real Madrid on winning tonight.

Glad to see Madrid winning, only for Mourinho although one of their players dropped the cup

Good point for Newcastle Vicky

Aww Rod , I thought they were going to get the 3 points last night, but again gave away the lead....Arsenal keep being the "nearly" team...
