Welcome to the 22nd season of the NFL "Pick the Winners" game here at the sports board! For those who have played this game before, you know how the drill goes. If you are knew to the game it's pretty simple. During each week of the season, there will be a thread posted with that week's slate of games. It is your job to pick the winner of each match-up and place a point value on it. This week there are 16 games on the schedule. You would allocate your poi ts from the game you are most confident in (16 pts.) to the game you view as a toss up (1 PT.) * You may not place the same point value on more than 1 game. It should be decreasing value from 16 to 1*

At the conclusion of each week, we will add up the total points, and crown a "Pick The Winners" champion. Over the course of the season, we will keep a list of the weekly champions & a running points total and/or most weekly championships will be crowned the season winner. Sounds pretty simple right? So join in! If you have any questions feel free to ask them here.

Remember you must have your picks in by the posted deadline listed, so make sure to double-check to make sure you are correct before then. Also, once the deadline passes, your picks are locked in.

Really important to get picks in before the deadline each week the entire season , as the NFL expanded the Thursday Night schedule to almost the entire season.

If you miss Thursdays deadline or double pick the same game, only that pick will not count.

Again, double-check your picks to make sure that you have all the teams you want to pick & the numbers 1 to 16.

If any of you think that I got a number wrong then just let me know. Logan was the only 1 of us to accurately pick Pittsburgh over Buffalo.

Hot Rod & The Survivor were the only ones of us to pick Houston over Jacksonville.

I am the only 1 of us to have picked Cincinnati over Minnesota.

None of us picked Arizona to win vs. Tennessee today.

NOLA504 & myself were the only ones of us to have picked Philadelphia over Atlanta today. That will explain some of these low scores certainly.

So, as you may have noticed I put 8 points each for Tennessee & Chicago to win & I meant to put 6 points for Chicago as I make a point to try & always put the highest points at the top of my picks & then go down from there. They both lost though yesterday. . Here's the current standings after yesterday's games were played:
