I passed out last night before I could even change into PJs. I was so tired. I woke up this morning thinking I had slept the entire day.

Happened to me a few weeks ago, I fell at like 6 pm in what I wore to work and I have to wear pretty formal clothes. I woke up around 1 am and was so confused.

I feel like I really need to stop bringing my iPad into my bed and falling asleep while watching that. These past few nights, I’ve left it out in the other room, and I feel like my sleep has been much more solid.

I was just really, really tired. I'm going to hammer out this powerpoint I need to finish work on, hop in the shower, and get in PJs. Gonna try and be in bed at least by 10, if not asleep by then.
