We don't really have home room at the schools I've been at so far, we have like a study hall period which I guess technically qualifies as that, it's kind of like an advisory period. But it's in the middle of the day.

Our kids get an hour long study hall every day, too, which is nice. Helps them out a lot. But if they participate in activities, they sometimes have meetings during that time.

That's a decent break, sometimes you just need a breather during the day to make everything seem less overwhelming. We didn't have school breaks like that, but I did - during college.

I think it’s important, especially since so many of them do sports and other activities and don’t have time to do a whole lot of studying at home.

Yup, some kids have such jam-packed schedules unfortunately.

Ugh, I hope my anxiety is not flaring. I have itchiness on my elbows, sort of like I had all over my body a few years ago right when my anxiety got really bad. Maybe it’s eczema. Idk. Trying not to dwell on it. The more I think about it, the worse it will be. It’s not too bad right now.

I have Easter vacation so I've had the entire week off - but what do you do with time off
They are talking about lifting some of the lockdowns - for daycare and younger school classes I still don't know if that means we'll have to go back to the office to work Which I would not be all too happy about because I have to take public transportation__________________
