It's hard not to.

I just get so sad sometimes, when I remember how often I used to watch Bellarke videos and now, I can't bear to watch a single one.

Every once in a while, something about the show pops up in my Google feed, and I have this very reaction... disbelief. I've loyally watched tons of shows in my lifetime, and I have never seen a fandom treated this badly. Never. This experience has actually made me watch less TV and I've been streaming some shows that have already ended. I find myself getting more into story or one character, rather than any ship. And I tend to watch shows on HBO and Netflix now. Just finished Mare of Easttown. It was marvelous and only 7 episodes. And that show runner knows how to end a series.

Until some time passed, I didn't realize just how bad S7 of The 100 made me feel. It actually hurt to have it end that way for Bellarke. And every time some article pops up about how Mark Pedowitz is still considering the prequel, I want to punch Rothenberg in his friggin face.

It actually hurt to have it end that way for Bellarke.

All this. A lot of shows have disappointed me but the level of hurt/pain that this show brought me ... JFC. Especially how dirty Bellarke were done (individually and together). It's incomparable.

Queen Modo, I forgot to respond to you. First of all, good to see you here again.

I always love your posts, even when we're commiserating like we are now. It really is unbelievable. And I agree, this fandom was treated the worst of any fandom I've ever seen. I haven't even really watched a scripted show since the numbers show ended, so I guess you've made more progress than I have.

It sucks that it makes you feel wary about what you watch, though.

Every time I hear that Pedowitz is still considering the prequel, I want to barf.

I’m so glad that they’re not ruined in fanfic for me. Or my Sims game.

But I would love to be able to rewatch their scenes someday. And I’m sadly just not there yet.

I haven't watched a single minute of the show since the finale aired last year. That is unusual for me, since I always rewatch shows...even years later. Not sure when I'll rewatch this, if ever. The 100 has almost no rewatch value for me right now. I have all of the DVDs, except for s6. No way in hell am I spending money on S7. No way.

I'll be curious to see what future critics have to say about the show. They definitely weren't kind during S7. Rightfully so.

Glad to see that y'all are finding some positivity with Beliza and their other projects. Life does go on.
