I'm getting my Christmas tree today probably. :yay:

Nice. My mom and I put up a fake one, and I hardly ever get to see it since it’s over at her place.

We actually just ended up looking at prices, we will pick it up later.

Going to decorate the [fake] one at my mom's place tomorrow.

We have one fake one too, but being lazy ... family only gets it out on selected years that we feel like decorating and assembling it up. :lol:

Do you guys have Christmas traditions? I usually just go for my annual Christmas mass session :lol: and then go out to see Christmas decorations up around the city. :) My country is a Muslim centric nation but we have a lot of Christians here too :nod: so there's usually a fair bit of decorations up in major cities. :D

I used to do something like that. Now I just spend the evening with my closest family members, and I now do what my mom used to do: get out all the presents, arrange them for the next morning. We usually watch A Christmas Story on Christmas Eve, too.

We usually would have Christmas Eve dinner and open one present with my grandparents, and then open the rest in the morning. That's changed lately since my grandpa moved away, but we'll probably still do the same, although considering we're only doing pretty much one present each this year, we might just open them on Christmas Eve.

In my hometown there is one street that all the houses compete in decorations and do massive decorating, we used to go visit that a lot. :nod:

That's pretty cool, Amelia! I wish that we had that here ... it would make the area more festive if a lot of the houses were all decorated up.

The decorations at major malls are all up now, I'll probably pay a visit to check them out soon. :)

I haven't started my holiday shopping. :lol:

I feel for you guys. :hug: I'm almost at the point of being desentitized as well even though it's still horrendous how many bad decisions are taking place, every. Single. Day. If Trump's role is to destroy everything that made the U.S. a success, I think that he's been succeeding so far. :blank:

Seriously, this tax bill is about to bring another recession, IMO. SMH. Gonna increase the deficit, get rid of important tax breaks... it's a mess.
