It's mainly from last year, when I cancelled my trip and didn't have time to use most of my leave days.

Kind of? I had carry forward leave of about 2 weeks from last year (since I couldn't travel, cancelled my trip and then got super busy) and I get more leave days at my current position so I still have that much, after taking a few days off recently.

Dorthe, that's true but I just don't know if I can really NOT work during my time off.

My advice is to take the time as soon as you can - I have personally lost overtime hours

I will try, but work is just hectic right now. Maybe one/two days at a time is still fine.

That sucks that you've lost some OT hours though, how is that possible? You missed the deadline given?
