It's criminal that Charlie hasn't had a proper story arc focusing on her yet - she's not exactly my favorite but she definitely deserves to be in the spotlight more and not just a glorified background character - every time she's had more of a focus on her it's been great TV

I loved seeing her and Daniel together and I have no idea why the writers won't pair them up again and have them be a proper duo after their brief moments of bonding in season 5 and 6, I thought they'd be almost inseparable after Daniel mentioned Ophelia to her, but they've barely had any screen time

I even started enjoying Alicia and Charlie's dynamic in season 6 and I loved seeing them team up in that taxidermist cabin in season 6 with Dakota, but they haven't had a SINGLE moment of screen time together since then and I don't know why - the same thing happened with the rabbi and her before too

She's played by a very talented actress, and I certainly do think that they could create more material for the character. Her presence can also help develop some of the others.
