so, i just watched 1x01 of Runaways.

i liked that they spent a lot of time setting up high school world these characters inhabit and. it looks a bit like any Californian based drama of rich high school kids but the super powers makes it exciting. i feel most connected to Alex and Karolina right now. the other characters i need to warm up. Nico has potential i think. and i know Chase aka Gregg Sulkin from Faking It, i loved this show! nice surprise there

also it's interesting that the parents look like the evil to be defeated.

continuing with 1x02 now.

(btw i am not finished with Casa de la papel yet, i just wanted to start with a new show today).

By the way you guys know Josh Schwartz right? He is known for his sexual assault towards the OC and One Tree Hill cast. He was fired from a current show, can't remember which one. Now he is the writer of Runaways. I hope he stays away from the girls of the show

yes i read in the credits

i hate this guy...but i just started the show and it's pretty good. just finished episode 5. watched all 5 episodes all at once since this morning. i feel connected to all 6 teens now, i seriously love them all. and their parents are creepy as hell. i know they are sacrificing people to save this guy...but why? who is he? it'a thrilling. and i love the fact it's Julian McMahon, i loved him as Cole in Charmed!

i also like Alex and Nico together and there is obviously a triangle between Caroline, Chase and Gertrude. i don't see a lesbian storyline yet

but i like all their relationships. also the parents are interesting, and i kinda like a few.

anyways i guess i will finish the show tomorrow

I know that feeling of wanting to start a new show while still watching another. And yes agree with your points. Felt similar.

The lebian relationship will come soon. If you want you can also post a bit on the runaways board

AS for that josh guy that is really bad. Didn't know this. The shorunners of runaways are the same that also did gossip girl and that josh guy also wrote on that show.

This guy definitely is and it's sad he got a job but he seems to be good at it...

I doubt the actresses from the show know though. They‘re normally quite vocal about women rights.

Hilary Burton and Sophie Bush, the two main leads of One Tree Hill, weren't quiet at all thankfully. They openly spoke against him and that's why everything turned out
