I really don't think so tbh. It's all good marketing, don't show her to make fans curious and tune in. Sure se'll probably be a little different for a while, maybe a bit darker, but I don't expect much different. I mean we know she meets strand at some point going by the set pics colman posted.

I mean what could be so special or groundbreaking that they wouldn't want to spoil it tbh? new clothes? Or something like that? But really even if that would not be spoily or anything and showing a glimpse of her in the bunker would surely not spoil anything if they don't want to give away what she'll do once she gets out. To me this screams bait, or simply they don't care, i mean they also didn't show charlie. Also going by all teasers we got so far i think morgan will be the co-lead with morgan. By becoming a producer on the show he made sure to get enough screentime as well.

I don't know but to me that is what they want people to believe. Remember they teased that totally new morgan after season 5? Well that didn't go far did it? I just don't see aynthing that could be this huge they could not spoil it, plus going by the TWB trailer and then spoiling the return of Jadis (the trash woman from TWD that took rick to the civic republic) they surely don't shy away from big spoilers in trailers. It really cannot be bigger than that.

No, my guess is since so far we only got teasers but no trailer yet, and morgan and strand being the leads they shows them while less important characters like alicia or charlie did not get screentime yet. But I'm sure we will see alicia in the actual trailer which should come out any day now.
