Lol you read that where? Hm I think normal posters are even more motivated since they have less other work e.g. closing the threads to do

It's in the job description, mods need to be motivated to care for the board, post in as many threads as possible, make sure that argues and problems are solved and open and close threads, plus participate in the mod board.
