i am going to see TGM with old friends from the service, but i lucked out, they are buying my ticket for my birthday and old times sake, since i haven't seen them since before covid almost 3 years.

so yeah, my money isn't going to the ~~cult~~ of scientolostupidity. eat that, xenu.

i did four years in the navy, and TG has always been a favorite film in the ship's library/video locker. so you can see the nostalgia there, even if the crackpot weirdo actor forever tied to a cult, is the star. i haven't personally given him any money in a very long time, except one movie i went to with friends, MI 6, and i view that as supporting Rebecca Ferguson, who i love.

they are masters of low-level under the radar flying. i saw a video where the Ukrainian helicopters flew right over rooftops, you could see roofing tiles flying off. yikes.

They truly are, also saw the heli video.

Ukrainian mig-29 basically a russian build tomcat copy (the plan from topgun).

there aren't many jet fighters and bombers in the Ukrainian Air Force, but they definitely make them count. sadly, they have more pilots and mechanics, than aircraft, and the west still refuses to sell them updated planes, because we don't want to 'antagonize' the putin murderers and their 6,000 nuclear warheads. ugh.

Yeah I know the west is too shy here and always bowing down for safety. But I just don't see appeasement working, it did not work with hitler either.
