There's too little women as well though, bc they don't see much chances there so they chose other jobs in other industries.

That is true, and people don't realyl care enough about the doom, well some doo of ocurse, but most rather vote for regression and back to the old ways, bc it seems easier, not realizing that by 2050 we will probably live in a post-apocalyptic anarchical world a la twd, terminator, resident evil, etc. where survivors of climate catastrophies, diseases, hunger and wars will unite in small groups and fight each other over remaining ressources in a dying world.
