It's such a waste of time to develop new characters that take screen time off the already big cast and instantly killing them. And the "shock value" of it is not even surprising anymore after they already did that with Will in this very season.

yes that too and everyone is freaking out because of that fact, however i didn't even mind the romance that much. i was just too irritated by the entire storyline
